Hello
Thank you so much for taking the time to find out more about me and The Self Love Revolution.
My Story
I'm thrilled to have you here and to share a bit about myself and the journey that led me to create this space.

I would preach about Love when I was a little girl, I would stand in the playground and shout, ONLY LOVE WILL CHANGE THIS WORLD. It took a long time to find my way home.
I've dedicated many years to working in the wellness sector, primarily focusing on young people, especially teen girls. I've mentored and facilitated both group and one-to-one sessions.

Throughout my journey, I've witnessed the transformative power of supportive groups.
For the past four years, I've trained, participated and facilitated listening support circles, further reinforcing my belief in creating meaningful connections with others.

The idea for the Self Love Revolution emerged from my work with young girls. As I ran self-care sessions for them, I often received requests from mothers expressing their own need for self-care. Recognising this, I wanted to create a space where women could unite to prioritise self-love and care. Hence, starting self-care circles.

The Self Love Revolution isn't just about individual growth; it's about building a community of like-minded women who support each other on a shared journey to self-discovery and empowerment.

My vision for the Self Love Revolution movement is simple yet powerful: to cultivate a community where women feel respected, supported, and valued for the wisdom and strength they bring to the world. I believe, together we can create a safe space where we can authentically share our stories, vulnerabilities, and triumphs. This must be fostered in an environment of no blame, no guilt, and no shame.

It would be an absolute honour to have you join me on this journey of self-love and growth. I invite you to explore the cards, join me in a circle, connect with like-minded women, and embark on a path of self-discovery and empowerment.

Thank you for being here. I look forward to getting to know you better.
Warm regards,
Nicola
